Application for Visitor Tax Refunds

If you attended the Convention and are a non-resident of Canada, you may be entitled to a refund of goods and services tax / harmonized sales tax (GST/HST)

Your total claim must be for CAN$200 or more, and each individual receipt submitted must be for CAN$50 or more.

You must also have had your goods receipts stamped on leaving Canada as proof of export. This is not required for accommodation receipts. You can read the full Proof of Export requirements HERE.

Ontario: Refund of Retail Sales Tax
