IBBA Courses
The IBBA will be holding a number of professional online courses during 2008. These courses will be taught using a new format which is interactive, entertaining, and educational. Professional Online Courses Butterflies for Wedding Professionals. Instructor Kathy Marshburn. Cost $25.00 (US Dollars) for members, $50.00 for non-members. May 19th - May 23rd. ← NOTE: NEW DATES The course has set dates in which you can interact with the instructor and also other students, however, you can complete it on your own time and even at a later date if you desire. Cost $25.00 (US Dollars) for members, $50.00 for non-members. The instructors will be Mari Gruber of Bear Mountain Butterflies and Gloria Brons of Butterfly Wings n' Wishes and the provisional dates are October 20th through the 26th, 2008. Free Courses We will also be offering two free online courses as well that we will present on our forthcoming "Butterflies 101" list. Growing Monarchs and Other Garden Butterflies in Your Own Backyard Free! Provisional dates: June 16th through June 22 (dates & instructors to be confirmed). Tagging and Releasing Monarchs Free! Provisional dates: July 14th - July 20. Amour DuPlessis, Kathleen Ziemer and Jacqui Knight are the instructors. Completed Courses Butterfly Production Techniques March 13th- March 17th; Instructors- Dean Kirkwood and Nigel Venters. Cost is $25.00 (US Dollars) for members, $50.00 for non-members.
